Nail Policy
We have a NO REFUND policy for all spa and salon services. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or no later than 48 hours after. If we choose to provide a complimentary corrective service appointment, we will schedule it for the first available time within five days of your initial appointment.
Manicures are not guaranteed. In the event of a nail tech error, we will touch up and repair the nail(s) within 48 hours of your service, with the same nail tech for free. *Complimentary corrective services are subject to approval by management and will only be offered in the instance of a nail technician error, which does not include changing your mind about polish/gel/dip powder color at the end of your appointment.
We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of damage that you have caused. For example, if your nails chip, break or begin to lift due to your own lack of appropriate care. If you have any questions on how to care for your nails, please ask the nail technician.
